Every wed night from 10 pm I will be playing badminton with a few members.I need to exercise and sweat coz this is one way to destress.Heard that playing games can delay the onset of many health problems.Actually badminton is a very strenuous activity.Usually I will be back after mid-nite and sleep at 2.am.This is crazy as tmr I have to wake up at 6 am.I guess I have to change the time.
